Nothing on this website is an offer to sell metal to the public. It is an invitation to identify yourself as a commercial counterparty. Allocations are made only after KYC, assay, and a written contract.
Prices, where mentioned, are indicative and referenced to the LBMA gold price. The binding price is the one in the contract, for the purity and Incoterm stated there.
Title and risk pass as the contract’s Incoterm specifies — typically FOB Entebbe or CIF named airport. We do not collect advance “release”, escort, or customs-facilitation fees.
Assay disputes are referred to an agreed independent laboratory. That lab’s result binds both sides on the lot in question.
These pages are governed by the laws of Uganda. Disputes that cannot be settled at the desk go to the courts of Kampala, unless the contract names arbitration.
