Gold lots are sourced through established supply channels and are subject to identification, sampling, weighing, and agreed assay procedures. Commercial terms are determined by verified quality, quantity, origin, and applicable transaction requirements.
Specification-dependent
Refined gold is available subject to specification, availability, and mutually agreed commercial terms. Documentation, assay requirements, bar specifications, and delivery conditions are established before execution.
Commercial parcels
Commercial parcels are prepared for international movement in accordance with the agreed transaction structure. Packaging, documentation, logistics, insurance, destination requirements, and delivery terms are established contractually for each shipment.
Commercial terms
Referenced to the LBMA AM or PM fix on the contract date, less a disclosed discount for purity, size, and Incoterm.

FOB Entebbe International, or CIF to an agreed airport. Custody transfers on paper, with the airway bill as the spine of the file.
