Our Process

A clear process from inquiry to delivery.

Every transaction is approached in a structured way, with the appropriate verification, documentation and commercial arrangements considered before the shipment proceeds.

  1. 01

    Introduction & Counterparty Verification

We begin by identifying the parties, jurisdictions, commercial requirements, and intended transaction structure. Appropriate KYC and counterparty verification procedures are completed before progressing to a commercial transaction.

  2. 02

    Product Verification & Assay

The proposed material is identified, weighed, sampled, and subjected to an agreed verification and assay procedure. Where required, an independent laboratory or mutually accepted assayer may be appointed by the parties.

  3. 03

    Commercial Terms & Contract

Once the material and transaction structure have been established, the parties agree on quantity, quality, pricing methodology, payment terms, Incoterms, documentation, delivery arrangements, and other contractual conditions.

  4. 04

    Preparation & Secure Handling

Following contractual confirmation, the material is prepared for delivery in accordance with the agreed specifications. Weight, packaging, security, handling, and chain-of-custody requirements are documented as applicable to the transaction.

  5. 05

    Export Documentation & Compliance

Required commercial, origin, assay, export, customs, transport, and other supporting documentation is prepared in accordance with the applicable laws and requirements of the transaction jurisdictions.

  6. 06

    International Delivery

Shipment is arranged according to the agreed delivery terms and destination requirements. Depending on the transaction, delivery may be structured on an FOB, CIF, or other mutually agreed basis, with responsibilities clearly defined in the contract.

  • Packing list and shipment weights
  • Assay or quality documentation
